How did I become a whitepaper and online copywriter? Well, it all started with the biggest, most audacious idea I’ve ever had: I wanted to be an artist. No, not the kind that we think of when we hear the word. No, an artist as in a creator. Someone who has ideas and builds on them. And although being an artist seems like a glamourous gig, it’s fraught with rejection. (See the War of Art.) But it’s the path I chose and it’s what makes me happy.
I’m really imaginative and that comes through in my copywriting—whether it’s for whitepapers or websites. You might say that’s my voice. I enjoy weaving imaginative stories. Can a white paper be compelling? Yes, that’s how I write them. Because, after all, the whole point of a whitepaper is to get it read, right? I believe business-to-business writing and whitepapers can and should be captivating to the right audience. Whether it’s about office products or high-tech. Every business has a story. And every white paper should have a compelling narrative. Otherwise, what’s the point of reading it?
I believe in a personal relationship. So, when you call, you’ll talk to me. Not a robot. Okay, maybe an answering service if I’m on deadline. And when we meet, you’ll meet with me. And I might bring along an intern too. Now, how can I help you make your whitepaper (or white paper, if you prefer) or b2b website more compelling? Call or email today to find out more.
Sincerely,
